Japanese pump manufacturer Tsurumi has released its 100th instructional video on YouTube, marking a milestone in its effort to help users operate and maintain dewatering and sewage pumps. The series, which launched five years ago, covers a wide range of topics, including setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety.

The videos aim to provide practical guidance for users. Daniel Weippert, Tsurumi’s Managing Director, explains: "We want to give users the knowledge they need to operate their pumps correctly, profitably, and safely."

One of the most popular videos focuses on extending pump life, while another explains how to retrofit a level switch. The 100th video addresses seals, a crucial component in water pumps.

The series has been well received by both users and industry experts, with many praising its practical advice. "The videos support our work considerably," noted one user.

Looking ahead, Tsurumi plans to expand the series with new content, including the integration of IoT technologies into pump systems. “Our success is based on the success of our customers,” adds Weippert, highlighting the company's commitment to customer support.

With this initiative, Tsurumi demonstrates how manufacturers can effectively support customers using modern tools, no matter where they are in the world.
