Moore Concrete adopt Inforlogic’s cloud ERP

Northern-Ireland-based precast concrete manufacturer Moore Concrete have adopted Inforlogic’s Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) in a bid to improve operational efficiency and customer service.

The new ERP system replaces the company’s Sage 1000 platform, providing a more integrated approach to managing production, costs, and sustainability.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like Infor CloudSuite Industrial help businesses integrate core processes - such as manufacturing, finance, and supply chain - into a single platform. This allows companies to streamline operations, share real-time data, and improve decision-making across departments.

Peter Steele, Moore Concrete’s digitalisation manager, said the system’s "detailed insights" into production allowed more precise cost analysis and material management, helping the company remain competitive and reduce waste.

Moore Concrete chose Inforlogic, said Steele, and the SyteLine platform for their expertise, allowing for minimal customisation and avoiding third-party applications. The system’s integrated document management (IDM) will also support the company’s move towards a paperless operation, while Factory Track increases transparency in production.

“Inforlogic’s consultants were knowledgeable and clear, helping us lay the right digital foundations for future growth,” Steele added, noting that Moore Concrete is now equipped to “scale operations while focusing on quality and efficiency”.
