Sunbelt Rentals has added National Flooring Equipment's portfolio to the UK version of its Floor Care & Maintenance initiative, which aims to meet the demands of the facilities management (FM) and surface preparation (SP) industries.

Working in partnership with industry-leading floor care and surface preparation manufacturers, including UK Concrete Show exhibiter National Flooring Equipment (NFE), Husqvarna, and Tennant, Sunbelt’s Floor Care & Maintenance initiative ensures customers have access to the latest equipment and technology backed by flexible rental agreements and expert service delivery.

Speaking from the NFE stand at the UK Concrete Show, Brent Smith, director of FM solutions, Sunbelt Rentals, said: “The investment in this high-quality range of surface preparation equipment, including floor stripping, scraping, grinding and polishing machines, enables customers to benefit from innovative products without the upfront capital expenditure, mobilisation or maintenance costs, allowing them to flex their fleet and machine specifications to meet their business demands.”

“This is a logical next move for NFE,” said Nick White, sales director EMEA, National Flooring Equipment. “We have an existing relationship with Sunbelt in the US, so it was only natural that we should look to extend that relationship into the UK market.”

Within its rental fleet, Sunbelt Rentals stock walk-behind and ride-on floor stripping and scraping units, and are the only rental company to offer the NFE Rogue.

The range also includes remote-controlled planetary grinders from Husqvarna, and Tennant’s range of floor cleaning and carpet care machines.
