Structural Repairs wins New Product Award 2025

Roger Line of Structural Repairs receives the New Product Award from Concrete Connect editor, Clare Howcutt-Kelly.

Concrete Connect editor Clare Howcutt-Kelly has presented Structural Repairs’ Roger and Olga Line with the New Product Award 2025 for its composite reinforcement solution, Fortress Re:Grid.

The award was accepted by Roger Line, who led the development of the product. “This product is truly amazing, and we are so delighted to win the award,” said Roger. “There’s no doubt that this is an innovative product that will extend the life of concrete structures. And that doesn’t just keep the building safe – it keeps people safe, too.”

Fortress Re:Grid is a composite grid made with pre-tensioned, pre-cured fibre reinforced polymer (FRP). Designed to improve structural integrity, the system is compatible with a range of surfaces including RAAC concrete, slab ceilings, beams and vertical elements. It creates a visible, void-free bond intended to deliver durable reinforcement without the need for invasive repairs.

Roger said the company entered the awards to raise awareness of the product’s contribution to sustainable repair methods. “One hundred percent I’d recommend others enter,” he said. “I’m very passionate about extending the life of buildings and structures, and always looking for ways to bring them back to full health. That wouldn’t be possible without a great team around us.”

The New Product Award is part of the UK Concrete Show’s 2025 awards programme, recognising innovation across the UK’s concrete sector.
