Utranazz to unveil new batching plant UK Concrete Show

The new batching plant arrives at the NEC ahead of the UK Concrete Show opening tomorrow

Utranazz will launch its new Sami clean-operation concrete batching plant exclusively at the UK Concrete Show tomorrow.

The T3-100S is an enhanced version of the Sami T3-100 plant. The T3-100S incorporates either a state-of-the-art chevron or smooth conveyor belt system designed to minimise wastage and mess.

With a maximum output of 40-50m3/hour, Utranazz believe "the new plant is expected to surpass its predecessor in popularity."

The T3-100S semi-mobile plant discharges aggregates via three smooth-type conveyor belts onto a galvanised conveyor equipped with a smooth belt. From there, the aggregates move onto a final inclined galvanised conveyor with smooth-belt, complete with a protective cover and a manual tipping system. This plug-and-play unit can be quickly installed within 24 hours of arrival on-site.

This latest innovation incorporates a down-weighing 6 load cell weighing system with programmable memory and digital readout, along with a comprehensive control panel for seamless operation.

Visit Utranazz on stand 24 at The UK Concrete Show in Hall 1 at the NEC Birmingham from 9am-5pm on Wednesday 20th March, or 9am-4pm on Thursday 21st March.
