BDS regularly publish industry focused reports across the construction and waste sectors. 

Annually, throughout the year, BDS publish industry focused reports within the following sectors:

Specifically for the concrete sector BDS have published the following reports, all are available for purchase:

• The directory provides a comprehensive listing of all depots operated by Ready Mix Concrete producing companies that utilise volumetric trucks (aka mobile batching plants) in Great Britain.
• The directory provides a comprehensive listing of all manufacturers of concrete products in Great Britain. It includes information on all known concrete product companies, from market leaders such as Marshalls and Forterra to companies operating only one plant.
• The report provides estimated outputs of all known ready-mix concrete companies in Great Britain. The report offers a detailed analysis of industry acquisitions, identifies sites that have closed, opened or are due to start operation shortly and an industry product forecast review. Outputs are included for each company and individual location and production shares are sorted by county within regions, with national summaries.
• Three separate Concrete Products Outputs reports; Building Blocks (BB), Block Paving (BP) & Paving Slabs (PS) are offered by BDS annually. The reports provide estimated outputs of concrete product plants in Great Britain. Outputs are included for each company and individual location and production shares are provided for each company by county, region, and nationally.
