Vemaventuri and core sensing have announced a new strategic partnership to accelerate digitalisation in the construction sector. The collaboration will focus on developing new solutions aimed at improving construction site efficiency and safety through advanced sensor technology and real-time data.

Germany-based Vemaventuri is a subsidiary of PERI SE and has specialised in monitoring and optimising concreting processes since 2007. Its solutions integrate sensors to gather precise data, helping to enhance both safety and control on construction sites. With operations in the UK, Germany, and other parts of Europe, Vemaventuri’s technology has already been applied across a range of large-scale construction projects.

Core sensing, also based in Germany, is known for transforming mechanical components into intelligent, wireless sensor systems. The company provides solutions for industries such as construction, mining, and production machinery. By using real-time data, core sensing helps businesses monitor equipment conditions, reduce maintenance costs, and improve overall efficiency.

As part of the partnership, Vemaventuri and core sensing aim to optimise workflows on construction sites, making projects more cost-effective and faster to complete, as well as smarter and safer.

“We are excited about the opportunity to work with core sensing,” said Michel Seeger, managing director of Vemaventuri. “This partnership allows us to offer even more advanced solutions that will improve efficiency and safety on construction sites.”

Christoph Miks, director of customer solutions at core sensing, added: “By working with Vemaventuri, we can bring our sensor technology to a new field and work on solutions that will change the construction industry.”

The two companies plan to showcase their new solutions at bauma in Munich in April 2025, a leading trade fair for the construction and machinery industries.
