PERI secures Constructionline Gold membership

PERI UK has achieved Constructionline Gold accreditation, positioning itself as a top-tier supplier in the temporary works sector ahead of significant changes brought by the Procurement Act 2023, which takes effect next month.

Constructionline is an independent body that assesses supply chain members to ensure they meet the required capabilities, reducing risks for organisations selecting suppliers. The Gold accreditation demonstrates PERI’s adherence to high standards and its commitment to efficiency, safety, and quality in the construction process.

PERI’s Gold accreditation aligns with the Common Assessment Standard, which streamlines procurement by pre-qualifying suppliers and simplifying the evaluation of their competencies. This ensures that all relevant information about PERI’s qualifications is available digitally via the Constructionline portal.

The accreditation will also strengthen PERI’s collaboration with tier 1 contractors, enabling greater transparency and trust throughout project lifecycles.

Commenting on the award, Matt McCarthy, infrastructure sales manager at PERI UK, said: “As the leading supplier of formwork in the temporary works sector, we have a responsibility to meet the latest standards and provide tier 1 contractors with the confidence they need when procuring for infrastructure projects.

“Being a Constructionline Gold member places us in a strong position as the new Procurement Act takes effect, enabling us to showcase our capabilities more efficiently than ever before. Our Gold accreditation proves that we operate at the highest standards expected from a top-tier supply chain partner.”
