RBL complete foundation package for Dandara Scotland

Roger Bullivant Limited (RBL) have passed a significant milestone with the completion of its first Foundation Package for Dandara Scotland at the Foxhall Gait development in Kirkliston.

The project involved installing 120, 200mm driven precast concrete piles and 530 linear metres of precast RBeam, ensuring robust and stable foundations on the stiff gravelly clay ground.

Commenting on the achievement, Brian Farmer, senior engineer, Dandara Scotland, said: "Working with foundation specialists at Foxhall Gait has been a pleasure. Their input from the design phase onwards, covering site investigation, testing requirements, and cost management, was invaluable."

Premier Guarantee, the project's warranty provider, played a crucial role in ensuring compliance with Dandara's stringent standards. Their review process provided independent assurance of high-quality foundation construction.
